SNK9 does not offer automatic online booking or purchasing for training services.

All services:

• Require direct communication with our team

• Are subject to evaluation and approval

• Are not guaranteed until confirmed by SNK9

Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance into any program.

3. Evaluations & Training Eligibility

All dogs must be evaluated prior to enrollment in any training program.

Evaluations may be conducted In person or virtually.

SNK9 reserves the right to:

• Decline training services for any dog

• Recommend alternative training options

• Modify program recommendations based on behavior, safety, or suitability

4. Training Results Disclaimer

Dog training results vary based on:

• The dog’s temperament, history, health, and genetics

• Owner consistency and follow-through

• Environmental factors outside of SNK9’s control

SNK9 does not guarantee specific outcomes or behavioral results.

5. Owner Responsibilities

Dog owners are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their dog’s behavior and history

• Following trainer instructions and recommendations

• Maintaining consistency after training

• Ensuring their dog is healthy and fit for training

Failure to disclose behavioral issues, aggression, or medical conditions may result in removal from training without refund.

6. Health, Vaccination & Safety Requirements

Dogs participating in training must meet health and safety requirements, including:

• Up-to-date vaccinations (as outlined by SNK9)

• Being free from contagious illness

• Being physically able to participate in training

• Vaccination records required prior to training on our premises

SNK9 reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if health or safety concerns arise.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Dog training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Injury to dogs

• Injury to people

• Property damage

By participating in training services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNK9 is not liable for:

• Injuries sustained during or after training

• Damages caused by your dog

• Outcomes resulting from owner handling after training

8. Payments & Fees

Payment terms vary by service and will be discussed prior to enrollment.

Payment is required prior to training start.

Deposits may be required to secure a training spot.

All pricing, fees, and payment terms will be communicated directly and must be agreed upon before services begin.

9. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

10. Virtual Services

Virtual coaching or evaluations are conducted using third-party platforms such as:

• Zoom or Other approved video platforms

SNK9 is not responsible for:

• Technical issues on the client’s end

• Internet connectivity problems

• Platform outages or limitations

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and training materials, is the property of SNK9 and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Third-Party Links & Platforms
