Refund and Cancellation Policy

At S.N.K9 Dog Training Company, we value your time and commitment and strive to offer the highest quality training experience. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients.

General Policy

Because our training services require advanced preparation and reserved time slots, we do not offer full refunds once a booking has been confirmed. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we aim to be as fair and accommodating as possible.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Private Lessons and Group Classes

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will (result in loss of the session / incur a [$__] fee).

• Clients may reschedule once per session with proper notice.

Board & Train Programs

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.

• The remaining balance is due by the program start date.

• Rescheduling is allowed (up to 7 days before the start date / once per client / if space is available).

• Multiple reschedules may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Virtual Coaching and Evaluations

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be (rescheduled / refunded / refunded minus a small processing fee).

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once scheduled or completed:

• Free evaluations

• Board & Train deposits

• Missed or no-show sessions

• Partially completed packages

Our Commitment

We do not guarantee specific results from training, as every dog and home environment is different. However, we do guarantee that each dog will receive high-quality care and individualized attention from our team.
