Group Classes- Set of 5
Training with other pet owners in a group setting!
Service Description
PLEASE READ: You can only join these classes if your dog is not aggressive for the safety of your pet, and others. Group Classes are held once a week every Saturday and can provide great socialization for your pet. There are 3 levels in total. For you and your pup to level up, a trainer will have to pass you on your level test. The test will consist of completing certain commands and tasks to the standard of the trainer who is testing you and your pup. The test's difficulty will be increased at every level. Remember, both you and your pup have to be passed to move up to the next level. At the end of each level, you will also receive a certificate for your passing! Level 1 consists of intro to obedience, loose leash walking, and puppy training Level 2 consists of on-leash commands and obedience Level 3 is the start of going into off-leash training, tricks and training games such as red-light green-light, Simon Says, tic-tac-toe, and more! You will need to bring updated vaccine records. We require up-to-date Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper vaccinations.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 30-day cancellation policy for any training package. Anything within 30 days will be non-refundable without proof of exigent/emergent situations (case by case basis) which will be determined by management. However, bookings for “boarding only” are considered non-refundable.
