  • Do you charge extra for extra feedings or medication?
    No! We do not charge extra for either as they are both necessary to maintain the proper health of your dog!
  • Is there someone there during weekends or after hours?
    We are lucky to be able to say that the property in which our facility is located is the same property in which we reside! Someone will be present 24-7 to meet your needs!
  • Do you take payment plans?
    All payments are due upfront at the time of signing up for our services. Payment plans will be considered by management upon request and only with a written agreement between the company and the client.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We have a 30-day cancellation policy for any training package. Anything within 30 days will be non-refundable without proof of exigent/emergent situations (case by case basis) which will be determined by management. However, bookings for “boarding only” are considered non-refundable.
  • What happens if my pet gets hurt or sick while in your care?
    We believe the health and safety of your dog is paramount. If any dog is injured under our care, we will maintain transparency with you, the client, and will transport your dog to the nearest vet facility of your choosing.
  • Can I bring my pet's bed/toy/favorite item?
    Unfortunately for liability purposes, we do not allow client's dogs to have beds, toys, or any other items to remain inside their kennel/crate space. However, if you’d like to bring their favorite toy for playtime and relationship-building reasons we encourage you to do so!
  • Are there restrictions to boarding or training?
    There are no restrictions on training. However, when considering boarding any dog that has aggressive tendencies, our behavior modification training package will be required prior to the use of our boarding only services.
  • Can I visit my pet during a board and train?
    We do not have the right to keep your dog from you for any reason, however, we highly discourage visits outside the scheduled training times set by your trainer as this could lead to regression in the progress your dog has made.
  • How many times does my dog get let out a day?
    We will let out dogs a minimum of 3-5 times a day. Weather permitting, we will allow a dog as much outside time as they want/need.
  • Does the training equipment you use hurt my dog?
    No! Any and all training tools we use while working with your dog will not result in any injury but will instead result in a well-mannered companion.
  • How far are you willing to go for Off-Site Private Lessons?
    This is based on a case-by-case basis. The usual rule of thumb is within a 1-hour radius of our facility. Anything outside of this radius will be subject to travel fees.
  • How do I make sure my dog stays trained after going home?
    You, like your dog, will be properly trained prior to your dog going home with you so that you may stay consistent and confident with handling your dog. You will also receive our maintenance guide to assist you when in need. As always we’re just a call away as well!!
  • What should I bring for my pet's stay?
    We require vaccination records, food, and of course your dog!
  • How long does my dog get trained per day?
    Your dog will be worked with multiple times throughout each day. The times vary on each dog’s abilities and attention spans. But, a rough minimal estimate is between 5-7 working sessions per day. The length of time that each dog receives daily varies for an assortment of reasons. The best way to answer this is to ensure that your dog will be trained to the best of their abilities and attention spans!
